Step Two: Complete Qualiphy Video Exam
Take a 3 min video exam call with NP by adding the botox and filler exam to your cart and checking out. Click Button Below or go to menu then cart. This is for all products and services even if you are not getting them this visit or never choose to get them, this way you won’t have to complete the exam again if you want them.
Step Three: Approval , Deferral and Treatment
